I thought that maybe it could be that some issue that when I uninstall the printer that not all components are removed. Yet once, when I uninstall/reinstall the printer, then the catridge levels show complete and then I can print. That's how I know it does not print: when I try to print a cartridge level page show empty and I can't print. The printer has ink, so it's not the problem.
